Best of adventure travel in Africa: 4 of 15. Today's adventure expeditions focus on Pathfinders' Africa Canoe Safaris. These river-based expeditions will either take you on an adventure down the mighty Zambezi River or the rivers of Mozambique, gaining valuable teamwork and navigation skills while enjoying the scenary from your canoe. The Zimbabwe Canoe Safari takes place on the Zambezi River above the famous Victoria Falls. Alternatively the Pathfinders guides will lead you down the Rio Guvuru in Mozambique. The Africa Canoe Safari expeditions are 7 days long and all accomodation and meals are taken care of in the expedition cost. The expedition includes the following activities:
