Google headquarters at Mountain View, California makes for a very green Google, as it has at least 9212 solar panels on its roofs making it the largest corporate installation of solar panels in North America.

  • Wind power technologies

Google’s goal is to produce one gigawatt of renewable energy more cheaply than coal-generated electricity. Using renewable energy resources will reduce the energy costs of running Google data centres and help to combat global climate change.
