Driving to the campsite in Etosha National Park we already saw our first wildlife in action. At the night game viewing we were blessed to see several rhinos drinking at the waterpool. An amazing sight!

And it already started good with some wild animals on the way to the campsite. For the rest of the day however we enjoyed the swimming pool, and the wildlife in and around the campsite (nosy jackals).

We only prepared for a night session of game viewing at the waterhole, and we were rewarded. After waiting for quite somewhile, we saw our first rhino drinking at the waterhole. Everyone got great pictures of this magnificient animal.

Then there came more rhinos, and even a small fight between a younger male and female. It was quite the show, and we had some great night game viewing with a pack of zebras stalked by hyena’s as well.

The next day we drove through Etosha National Park, and we really had a great day of game viewing from the comfort of our own overland truck.
