Africa Travel Guide will post regular articles about Overland Safaris in Africa. Overlanding is an ideal way to see Africa if you want to:
- Experience Africa’s top adventure activities - bungee-jumping, quad-biking, white-water rafting, camel rides, big five safaris and much more
- Meet like-minded travellers (and in some cases make friends for life!)
- Camp under the stars
- Experience as much of Africa in as short a time as possible

Overlanding was traditionally popular amongst students, gap year travellers and younger independent/backpacker travellers. But, accordingly to Claudia “Things are changing. Something which the rat race simply doesn’t offer people anymore.”
