Visiting Namibia is a once in a life time experience for lovers of Africa, and wow is the only word to sum up Sossusvlei Mountain Lodge. The location of this lodge is deep in the Namib desert, giving a new understanding of this stunning region. Activities are relaxed and include quadbiking and the option to fly over the desert in a hot air balloon. The accommodation is luxurious, the staff are wonderful and the food is incredible.

My mission is to give unbiased reviews on accommodation in Africa. Thanks to the guys at Drive South Africa who have developed The Africa Accommodation Guide an excellent online resource for accommodation in Namibia with more to come - this is a very exciting task.
